Craneboard solid core vinyl siding is the popular choice of high quality. This vinyl looks the least like plastic, it is very heavy duty, and has insulation built into the siding. I can install any brand available, though I highly recommend Craneboard.
Norandex (formerly Reynolds Building Products) brand aluminum soffit is the nicest soffit material available, in my opinion. There are other styles and types available. These can be discussed at estimate/measure.
Norandex (Reynolds) brand aluminum coil is used in most applications. Mil thickness is .019" and available in wide range of colors. This metal is used to custom clad gutter boards, rake boards, flashings, window and door frames, garage frames, porch posts and beams, friese boards and just about any type of trim that needs to be covered.
Our gutters are installed by a gutter specialist, yes a subcontractor, who knows gutters like the back of his hand. Materials are in most cases from Norandex and are made to match Norandex colors of fascia and trim.
Columns & Railing
Columns are installed from both Afco and Superior. Railings are most commonly from Sheeline. Although other brands can always be considered.
Ventilation & Shutters
Attic vents in the sidewall of gables as well as shutters are both manufactured by Mid-America Building Products. They are designed to work in harmony with vinyl siding. Colors are customized to blend with almost all brands and colors of siding.
I typically secure my replacement windows from Norandex. They are the local distributor for the "Vinyl View" line of windows (Atrium windows). They come in a variety of price points with many options on glass, grids, shapes, etc. New windows can be installed and manufactured to conform to the energy saving guidelines required to gain tax credit from the Federal Government.
I offer 3-tab shingles and architectural style roofs, with all the necessary pipe flashings, underlayment, step flashings, ridge vents, and plywood replacement when necessary.
